Fascinating how much data they collect on us.
Very interesting. I received my summary without requesting it, and thought, "why on earth are they sending me this?", before deleting it. I have the same response to Mercury Energy congratulating me for using less power when it's been a warm week, or I've been away. I use the power I need, and I read for my own pleasure, not to achieve anything, and certainly not to count how much and how often. So, when I saw your response I had quite a think about the difference in our reactions. Still thinking ...
