The response to it, and the wretched hypocrisy of the reaction to that response. Hmm if that was a bit confusing, hopefully it’ll all become clear.

Yesterday saw protest in the grounds of parliament, opposing the bill that will repeal Section 7AA, which was added in the first term of the last government. The key purpose of that section being: “to reduce the disproportionate number of Māori children and young people taken into the care and protection system, and to improve outcomes for those children and young people already in care.”
