Not to mention any acknowledgement of the impact of a tense and fragile world, global power shifts, wars, increasing forced emigration. NZ is an island nation but we are very much part of the global world and will be affected. Join the dots. Do some properly informed horizon scanning and analysis before jumping straight into quick fix so called 'solutions'. The old grab bag no longer cuts it on any level.
