Hi all,
I'm pretty overwhelmed by all your messages and emails today; thank you so very much.
As much as my newsletter this morning was about money, and we all need to earn money, it was mostly about world domination if I'm honest. 😉
I really hate what’s happening to our country, and I want to reach as many people as possible with a positive message that we can and should do better than this for our people and to highlight the BS we're seeing at a scarcely believable rate.
So, it has been a bit deflating to see the numbers go down, but I know it's not personal, and I know things will improve. Getting rid of you-know-who would probably help, and more importantly, I know many folks are doing it tough right now.
If you've lost your job or simply cannot afford a subscription but would like to keep reading, please let me know - you don't have to provide a reason, and we'll sort something out. I certainly do not want to take money where it will leave someone short, or deprive someone of something that brings them joy if paying is not an option.
It's been a long year, and this morning was temporarily cloudy - thanks for bearing with me. The day certainly improved. We had a lovely gathering of the clan this afternoon for Mum and Dad's anniversary; there are some photos here.
Thanks very much for your support and encouragement. I want to reiterate I'm not going anywhere. I'll be doing this as long as I have things to say and am able, but I will write less frequently over the next wee while - and without any sales pitch 🙂
Ngā mihi,
Nick.
Please note: No need to comment on this; you’ve said more than enough lovely things for one day. I just wanted to ensure people would see it, which they won’t in a comment on the original post at this stage.
This track will hit some of you of a certain age right in the nostalgias, so good.
I really hope you do stick around, you are very worthy of a paid subscription. I'm mostly silent but appreciate every one of your posts. Thanks for always being there when our beautiful country is dealt another blow by this disastrous government.
You, and like minded keep us sane.
And thank you for your insightful, enlightening and encouraging early morning ramblings that I read before my mind becomes scrambled by life's jolts and challenges.
I'll stick around as long as you do.
Hi everyone, a sub to Nick’s korero would make a great Christmas gift. Just a thought ….
