How she has measured that is anybody's guess.Brooke Van Velden is apparently being brave-giving up her List MP status, and standing in Tāmaki against NationalMP Simon OConnor. She has suggested that it will be a change for the voters of Tāmaki to have the chance to vote for a "young, vibrant woman", instead of old Simon. Young she may be, but I have yet to see any vibrancy from her. !
